Bracu is a highly-renowned, multi-faceted destination estate.
It comprises the prized Simunovich Olive Estate – New Zealand’s largest privately-owned olive grove, boasting approximately 30,000 productive olive trees – the coveted and award-winning Bracu Restaurant, and the Bracu Pavilion, a prominent wedding venue.
Successfully owned and operated by the Simunovich family for the past 21 years, the comprehensive Bracu portfolio is now on the open market for the first time.
“Welcome to the Simunovich Olive Estate. Our father instilled in our family a strong work ethic and belief that if you really want something, with determination and hard work you can create it. This land has given us the opportunity to create a unique environment that we are very proud of. We hope that you enjoy your experience with us” – Peter and Donna Simunovich
THE STORY
The Simunovich Olive Estate story begins on the beautiful island of Brač, Croatia, in the Adriatic Sea, home to founder and owner, Ivan Simunovich. It was there that the Simunovich family first began cultivating olive trees for the health and well-being of the community, a tradition that now proudly continues on New Zealand’s largest privately-owned olive grove, Simunovich Olive Estate.
