BRACU RESTAURANT
Simunovich Olive Estate is home to the unique restaurant, Bracu, which takes its name from the Adriatic island of Brač.
Nestled amid the stunning olive grove of the Simunovich Olive Estate, Bracu Restaurant – seating 85 guests – offers elegant and contemporary fine dining in a truly exceptional setting.
True to the Simunovich’s philosophy ‘estate to plate’, the estate garden provides much of the seasonal fruit, vegetables and herbs for the menu, with the balance of the produce largely-sourced from local farms to create the freshest cuisine possible.
A desire to provide fine-dining options to suit every taste is further enhanced by the well-appointed and curated separate, private Wine Library which offers bespoke options for small groups.

The pair recognised an opportunity to develop something truly unique and today Beretta at Bracu offers a wide range of outdoor activities – including clay target shooting, air pistol and air rifle shooting, knife throwing and archery – for adventurous guests.
